P- 90-90 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA MINOR REVIEW 90-75 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 323-280-18 Minor Development Review 90-75 was submitted by Frans and Sand VerheiJen and approved by the Planning Departmen and an appeal of the conditions of approval for MDRA 90- 75 was fi ed by the applicants; and on November 20, 1990, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: The City Council finds that this project is exempt under p of the California tal Quality Act as a small residential structure (Class 3). Sect : The proposed project will be with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be consistent with the proposed general plan.
