OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING MINOR REVIEW 90-81
PARCEL NUMBER 3 ~ 3
Minor Development Review 90-81 was submitted by Seth
Flam and approved by the Planning Department and an appeal
of the approval for MDRA 90-81 was filed by Mr. and Mrs. Formway;
and,
on January 8, 1991, the City Council held a hearing
on the above-referenced item.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: :
The City Council finds that this project is exempt under
p of the California Environmental Quality Act as new,
small equipment to serve an 'amily home (Class
3).
Section 2: Findin :
The proposed project will be t with the existing
g neral plan and there is a reasonable probability that

The proposed developme t will not have adve se aesthetic,
health, safety, or arc itecturally relate impacts upon
adjoining properties, n that the propose dish will be
screened by landscap ng and meets al development
for the PC zone.
That the proposed development is in compliance with the
Zoning Development Code, in that all development
standards will be met through project placement and
~he proposed development encourages the orderly and
appearance of struct'res and properties within
he City because the proposed lack mesh satellite dish
lends with the vegetation, w 11 be screened by dense
andscaping, and has been place so as not to be visually
prominent on the minor ridgeline.

~ncil Decision:
The City Council hereby affirms staff's approval of Minor
Development Review 90-81 subject to the f '
1. Any required building permit approvals shall be obtained.
A screen of 15 gallon trees (five gallon eucal'ptus will
be acceptable) and oleanders shall be plante south of
the dish location to ensure that the dish wil be fully
screened from the residences to the south an Carriage
Road.
The trees and shrubs shall be lly irrigated and
shall be maintained in a healthy and thriving condition.
