Temporary Use Permit 91-04, Jack Mitchell, applicant,
requests approval to hold a rally and walk in support of the troops
in the Persian Gulf; and
on February 2, 1991, the City Council held a hearing
on the above-referenced item.

That the proposed use is in with the purposes and
standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code.
The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 91-04
subject to the following conditions:
The rally and related walk shall be conducted as shown on
the approved location map on file in the Planning
Department.
This approval shall become null and void at 5:00 p.m. on
February 2, 1991.
The applicant shall obtain an bond indemnifying
the City of Poway and the owner of Lumber from
possible liability in an amount not less than $1 million.
Approval of this activity does not waive compliance with
all other sections of the Zoning Ordinance and other
applicable ordinances presently in effect.
Any barricades which block access to st or
roadways shall be manned at all times by an adult capable
of moving the obstruction for emergency vehicles.
