Comprehensive Sign Program 91-01 submitted by Susan
Murdock applicant, and Tom D'Agosta, owner, requests approval of a
comprehensive sign program for the Pomerado Auto Service Center at
13508 Pomerado Road.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: Findi :
The sign program is exempt from tal Review under
Category 11 of the CEQA Guidelines which includes on-premises
signs.
Section 2: Findin. :
The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with
the standards contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning
Development Code.
Sectio .1
The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program
91-01 subject to the following conditions:
within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in
writing that all conditions of approval have been read
and understood.
Ail signs within the center shall conform to the sign
criteria and design guidelines contained in the agenda
report for CSP 91-01 dated February 19, 1991 and the
attachments thereto.
A proval of this request shall not waive compliance with
S ction 17.40.010 of the Zoning Development Code and all
o her applicable City in effect at the time of
