P- 91-14 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CA TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 91-05 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 91-05, Inamori Golf applicant, requests approval to hold a LPGA golf t StoneRidge Country Club; and t at on February 26, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: tal Findin : Pursuant to the procedure of the City of Poway, implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above- referenced project is categorically exempt, Class 4(e) and Il(c). Section 2: Findin : That the proposed use in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030 of the zoning Development Code. No parking shall be permitted along Old Coach Road from the corner of Espola Road to and including the north driveway of the Fire Erosion control shall be re-established on any dirt lots used for temporary parking. The applicant shall contact the Sheriff's Department rior to the event to determine the specific needs for raffic control on Espola Road. The cost of providing heriff Department personnel for traffic control shall be orne by the applicant. Ail tents shall have a State Fire Marshal Certificate of Flame Resistance and approval. 10. Ail tents to be erected must have building permits and inspections prior to use. 11. Fire access roadways shall not be blocked. 12.
