Res P-91-15NO. p-91-15 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA MINOR REVIEW 91-01 PARCEL NUMBER 22 Minor Development Review 91-01, submitted by Helen and Lyle Arnold, applicants, request approval to a 5,985 square foot single-family residence and a 770 square foot pool house for the property located at 15638 Boulder Mountain Road in the RR-A zone; and on February 26, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: I F~ : This project is exempt from Envi I Review under Category 3 of the CEQA guidelines. Sect : The proposed project will be consistent with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be consistent with the proposed general plan. The proposed use is a one story, single family residence and pool house and the General Plan designation is Rural Residential A which permits residential uses. That the proposed development will not have n adve se aesthetic, health, safety, or architectural y rela ed impact upon adjoining properties, in that t e grad ng design, building placement, construction metho , build ng materials, and elevations will be compatible w th surrounding properties. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, in that it complies with the setbacks, height limit, and all other property development standards of the RR-A zone.
