Minor Development Review 91-01, submitted by Helen
and Lyle Arnold, applicants, request approval to a 5,985
square foot single-family residence and a 770 square foot pool
house for the property located at 15638 Boulder Mountain Road in
the RR-A zone; and
on February 26, 1991, the City Council held a hearing
on the above-referenced item.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

Category 3 of the CEQA guidelines.

The proposed project will be consistent with the existing
general plan and there is a reasonable probability that
the project will be consistent with the proposed general
plan.
The proposed use is a one story, single family residence
and pool house and the General Plan designation is Rural
Residential A which permits residential uses.
That the proposed development will not have n adve se

impact upon adjoining properties, in that t e grad ng

materials, and elevations will be compatible w th
surrounding properties.
That the proposed development is in compliance with the
Zoning Ordinance, in that it complies with the setbacks,

Slope replanting for erosion control should incorporate native
plant materials.
Grading is to be limited to the driveway alignment and pads
for the residence, pool, pool house, and immediate vicinity.
