Conditional Use Permit 90-20, submit ed by the City
of Powa', applicant, for the purpose of establish ng a materials
handlin yard on the real property located at 1464 Poway Road in
the Ope Space - Recreation zone came before the Cty Council for
public earing and action on February 19, 1991 and March 5, 1991;
and
the City Council held a properly noticed public
hearing in with California Code and the
California Quality Act to consider that request on
February 19, 1991; and
the City finds that the subject use is not compatible
with surrounding residential uses due to the visual prominence of
the site and possible project noise impacts.
NOW, the City Council does hereby deny without
prejudice Conditional Use Permit 90-20.
