Res P-91-20RESOLUTION NO. P-91- 20 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 91-08 Temporary Use Permit 91-08, San Diego Bicycle Club, Applicant, requests approval to hold a bicycle race in the Pomerado Park; and on March 19, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Env : Pursuant to the p of the City of Poway, implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above- referenced project is categorically exempt, Class 4(e) and ii(c). Section 2: Fil : That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code. Section 3: C The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 91-08 subject to the following conditions: The bike race shall be conducted as shown on the approved location map on file in the Planning Services Department. 2. This approval shall become null and void March 25, 1991. The applicant shall obtain an bond indemnifying the City of Poway from possible liability in an amount not less than $1 million. Approval of this activity does not waive compliance with all other sections of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable ordinances presently in effect. Any barricades which block access to structures or roadways shall be manned at all times by an adult capable of moving the obstruction for emergency vehicles. Temporary directional signs shall be located behind sidewalk areas and placed so that they do not interfere with visibility for vehicles. Emergency vehicle access to any roads or buildings in the business park are to remain open. Street vendors shall obtain City business certificates from Customer Services prior to the event. 10. Public streets, off-street parking sites, and areas within and adjoining the proposed area for the event shall be cleared of debris, and litter after the event. Temporary signage, barricades, cones, and any other evidence of the event shall be removed upon its completion. 11.
