Temporary Use Permit 91-13, submitted by the Chamber
applicant, requests approval of a circus to be located
and 12360 McIvers Court in the South Poway Planned

on April 23, 1991, the City Council held a duly
advertised public hearing to solicit comments from the public, both
pro and con, relative to this application.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: :
Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing
the California tal Quality Act of 1970, the above-
~ project is Categorically Exempt, Class 4.
That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and
standards of Section 17.26.020 of the Zoning Development Code.

The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 91-13
subject to the following conditions:
