P-91-28 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA 3 TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 91-14 Temporary Use Permit 91-14, Poway Chamber of applicant, requests approval to hold a street fair on Midland Road; and on May 14, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: ~ : to the procedure of the City of Poway, implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above- referenced project is categorically exempt, Class 4(e) and ll(c). Section 2: Find : That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Poway Municipal Code. The barricades can be placed at 7:00 a.m. and must be removed by 10:00 p.m. on May 26, 1991. The Poway Chamber of is required to sign a City of Poway waiver of liability form covering the event and City equipment used during the event. The Poway Chamber of must require each separate booth or presenting participant to sign a waiver of liability form. A refundable $100 security/cleaning deposit is to be paid to the City to ensure proper cleanup after the event and to cover possible equipment damage. A detailed site plan for the Heritage Park site and for Midland Road booths must be provided. A sign on Midland Road, giving particulars of dates and times of closure, must be posted one week prior to the event.
