3 TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 91-14
Temporary Use Permit 91-14, Poway Chamber of
applicant, requests approval to hold a street fair on
Midland Road; and
on May 14, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on
the above-referenced item.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

This approval shall become null and void on May 27, 1991, at
which time the site shall be restored to its original
condition.
The barricades can be placed at 7:00 a.m. and must be removed
by 10:00 p.m. on May 26, 1991.
The Poway Chamber of is required to to the
City, prior to the event, an policy naming the City
as ADDITIONALLY INSURED for a minimum of one million dollars.
The Poway Chamber of is required to sign a City of
Poway waiver of liability form covering the event and City
equipment used during the event.
The Poway Chamber of must require each separate booth
or presenting participant to sign a waiver of liability form.
A refundable $100 security/cleaning deposit is to be paid to
the City to ensure proper cleanup after the event and to cover
possible equipment damage.
A detailed site plan for the Heritage Park site and for
Midland Road booths must be provided.
A sign on Midland Road, giving particulars of dates and times
of closure, must be posted one week prior to the event.
