P-91-31 A RESOLUTION OF T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POW.,Y, USE PERMIT 91-02 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NU ~ER 323-190-58, 64 Use Permit 91-02, by Seyed Rezai, applicant, for the purpose of establishing a used car dealership at 14132 Poway Road regularly came before the City Council on May 21, 1991; and the Director of Planning has ~ed approval of the project subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Department report; and the City Council has read and considered said report and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Envi : The City council finds that the project will not have a significant adverse impact on the t and hereby issues a Negative as contained in the of approval. Section : The proposed project will be consistent with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be consistent with the proposed general plan. That the location, size, design, and operating charact ristics of the proposed use will be compatible with ad acent uses; in that the proposed automobile sale adjoins other 1 uses on two sides an where i adjoins residential uses, the conditions o approval require construction of an eight foot block wal and a landscape buffer to separate the two uses.
