OF THE CITY OF POWAY,
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 91-26
Temporary Use Permit 91-26, submitted by the City of
Poway and John Kennedy, applicants, requests approval to install
off-site special event signs to promote the Kingston Trio
in July 1991; and
on June 11, 1991 the City Council held a public
hearing to solicit comments from the public, both pro and con,
to this
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing
the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above
referenced project is Categorically Exempt, Class 4.
That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and
standards of Sections 17.26.020 and 17.40.180 of the Zoning
Development Code.
The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 91-26
subject to the following conditions:
Upon approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood.
