P-91-45 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 91-07 AND MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 91-19 PARCEL NUMBER 32, 33 Conditional Use Permit 9 -07 and Minor Development Review 91-19, submitted by Linda and ichard Snyder, applicants request for of a ,034 square foot two story single-family home and garage and a etached 1,264 square foot y apartment at 14652 Sunset Mountain Way in the RR-B zone; and on July 16, 1991, the City Council held a public hearing on the above referenced items. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: F : This project is exempt from tal review under Category 3 of the CEQA guidelines which includes tion of single-family residences. S : Conditional Use Permit 91-07 The proposed project will be consistent with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be consistent with the proposed general plan. The roposed project is in conformance with the Poway Gene al Plan in that it proposes a single-family resi ence with an y living unit on an 8.58 acre rura residentially zoned lot which permits construction of an y living unit. The roposed living unit will not have an adve se aesthetic, health, safety, or architecturally rela ed impact upon adjoining properties in that the bull lng design is architecturally similar to the surrounding residential development. The proposed y unit is compatible with the orderly and harmonious appearance of structures and property within the City in that the apartment Resolution No. P-91-45 Page 2 is sited at the lowest elevation possible which will reduce the structures visual impact on 9lng development. ~eview 91-19 The proposed project will be consistent with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be t with the proposed general plan.
