P- 91-53 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, $ OF MAJOR USE PERMIT PARCEL NUMBER 317-110-65 a modification of County Major Use Permit P61-86W, was submitted by Community Church of Poway Nursery School, applicant, for the purpose of adding 24 students to an existing nursery school containing an enrollment of 24 children; and and has the City Council has read and ~ said report p at the public hearing. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: tal Findin : The City Council hereb' finds that the previous Negative Declaration with miti ation required for the establishment of the c~urch and later the nursery school adequately addressed a 1 issues of environmental impacts associated with the subject projects. No further tal action is required. Section 2: Findin : The proposed project will be consistent with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be consistent with the proposed general plan. That the 1 size, design, and o er ting characteristics o the proposed use will be co pa ible with and will no adversely affect or be ma er ally detrimental to a ~acent uses, residents, bu ld ngs, · or na ral , in that a nursery school use has occupied the site in excess of ten years. That th scale, bulk, coverage, and density is consistent with ad acent uses, in that all development standard of the Zon ng Ordinance are met. The project will meet the applica le property development standards for off-street parking, setbacks, lot coverage, and building height. That there are available public f , , and utilities to serve the proposed use as all facilities and services can be provided for through the conditions of approval. The use of low water usage fixtures will be required for any new fixtures added. SITE 1.
