DENYING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 91-09
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 273-132-02
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 91-09, submitted by and
Katherine Grover, applicants, for the purpose of subdividing the
real property described as Lot 83 of Valle Verde Country Club
Estates, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of
California, regularly came before the City Council for public
hearing and action August 13, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City of Poway City Council
noticed hearing in accordance with California C
