City Council for pu lic hearing and action on September 24, 1991;
and
the Director of Planning has ~ed
approval of the map subject to all conditions set forth in the
Planing Services Department report; and
the City Council has read and considered said report
and previously adopted a Negative Declaration with mitigation
based on an initial study, and has considered other
evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

general plan and there is a reasonable probability that
the project will be consistent with the proposed general
plan.

with City of Poway standards to accommodate the
residential uses proposed.

development proposed, in that the lots meet the slope

The design of the subdivision is not likely to cause
substantial tal damage and avoidable injury to
humans and wildlife or their habitat.
The tentative tract map is not likely to cause serious
health problems because City water and sewer service will
be provided to all lots.
Design of the tentative tract map will not conflict with
any easement required by the public at large now of
record for access through or use of the property within
the proposed subd
