P-91-62 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, APPROVING MINOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW 91-56 PARCEL NUMBER 278-423-09 Minor Development Review 91-56, submitted by Dick and Katherine Wright, applicants, request approval to construct a two story 6,800 square foot home and tennis court on the property located at 14366 Twisted Branch Road in the PRD zone, Bridlewood Country Estates; and on October 1, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as Section 1: tal Findi : This project is exempt from tal Review under Category 3 of the CEQA guidelines. The proposed project will be consistent with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable probability that the project will be with the proposed general plan. That the proposed development is in conformance with the General Plan in that the proposed use is a single-family residence and the General Plan designation is PRD. That the proposed development will not have an adverse aesthetic, health, safety, or architecturall' related impact upon adjoining properties, in that th grading design and landscape installation, building p acement, construction method, building materials, and e evations will be compatible with surrounding properties. That the proposed development is in compliance with the ZoningiOrdinance, in that it complies with the setbacks, height limit, and all other property development standards of the PRD zone. That the proposed development encourages the orderly nd h appearance of structures and roperty wit in the City, in that all ~ pro erties to he south, east, and west are under th same zon ng designation as the subject lot and are to e developed as single-family residences similar to the proposed project.
