P- 91-63 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING PARCEL MAP 91-10 PARCEL NUMBERS 31' & 25; 31' THROUGH -03, 10, 11 Parcel Map No. 91-10, hereinafter to as "Map", by ADI Properties, applicant, for the purpose of resubdividi g the real property situated in the City of poway, County of San D ego, State of California, described as Lots 12, 13, 24 through 26 nclusive, 33 and 34 of Map 12556 into seven lots regularly came be ore the City Council on October 1, 1991; and the Director of Planning Services has 9ed approval of the map subject to all set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and the City Council has read and said report and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing. Water, sewer, and fire protection systems plans shall be designed and constructed to meet req ~s of the City of Poway and the County of San Diego Department of Health. The applicant shall pay for a water system analysis to establish the proper size and for the public water system. The amount will be determined by the cost of the analysis and shall be paid upon demand by the City. Developer shall construct a light system conforming to City of Poway standards at no cost to the public, subject to the following: Cut-off 1 shall be installed which will provide true 90 degree cutoff and prevent projection of light above the horizontal from the lowest point of the lamp or light emitting refractor or device.
