WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 88-06TE(2), hereinafter "Map"
submitted by Richard and Allan Kuebler, applicants, for the purpose
of subdividing the real property situated in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of alifornia, d as a portion of

The City Council makes the following findings in regard to

the proposed subdivision.
