applicant, for the purpose of subd riding the real property
situated in the City of Poway, Coun v of San Diego, State of
Cal described as 43 acres loca d south of Millards Ranch
Lane and west of Dos Amigos Road, into five eight-acre lots,
regularly came before the City Council for public hearing and
action on October 8, 1991; and

NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: tal :
A Negative Declaration was issued on August 22, 1989. No new
significant impacts have occurred or will result with the
granting of the time extension and further environmental
review is not y.
Section 2: F :
The proposed project will be consistent with the existing
general plan and there is a reasonable probability that
the project will be consistent with the proposed general
plan.
The tentative tract map is consistent with all applicable
general and specific plans, in that the proposed land use
is Rural Residential.
The design or improvement of the tentative tract map is
consistent with all applicable general and specific
plans, in that it provides for four new rural residential
home sites.
This site is physically suitable for the type of
development proposed in that the proposed lots meet the
acreage requirements of the RR-A zone.
The design of the subdivision is not likely to cause
substantial environmental damage and avoidable injury to
humans and wildlife or their habitat; because the

site has been studied for any
impacts'and a mitigation monitoring program is in place.
The tract map is not likely to cause serious
health problems because City water and private septic
systems will be serve the homesites.
Design of the tentative tract map will not conflict with
any required by the public at large now of
record for access through or use of the property within
the proposed subdivision.
8. The tentative map time extension meets the criteria
listed in Resolution P-85-065.
That this project will not create adverse impacts on the

The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract Map 89-01TE,
a copy of which is on file in the Planning Department
subject to the following conditions:
Approval of TTM 89-01TE is based on its conformance with
the conditions ~ in City council Resolution P-89-
86.
he tentative map approval shall expire on August 22,
992. An application for time must be
0 days prior to expiration in with the City's
ubdivision Ordinance.
Use of low flow water fixtures shall be required for each
new home constructed within the subject tract map.
Additional water consumption requirements may be imposed
prior to building permit
