P-91~76 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, USE PERMIT 91-38 Midland Road; Temporary Use Permit 91-38, Poway Chamber of approval to hold a street fair on and on November 12, 1991, the City Council considered the item. A detailed site plan for Midland Road booths must be provided. 12. Signs on Midland Road, giving particulars of dates and times of closure, must be posted one week prior to the event. 13. Midland Road businesses and residents affected by the road closure (Adrian, Eastern, Edgemoor Streets) must be notified in writing detailing the event and road closure. 14. An itemized list of borrowed City equipment is required prior to the event. 15. Portable are required at the ratio of 1 to every 50 people up to 500 people.
