P-91-79 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA TRACT MAP 85-03 MINOR REVIEW 91-55 PARCEL NUMBERS (2) AND 21, 24 Tentative Tract Map 85-03 M(2) and Minor Development Review 91-55, submitted by Gilbert and Shirley ap request approval for the construction of a 8,500 square foot single-family home on a 35 acre property located at the terminus of Boulder Mountain Road in the RR-A zone; and on 19, 1991 the City Council held a public hearing on the above referenced items. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: Environmental Findi : This project is exempt from environmental review under Category 3 of the CEQA guidelines which includes construction of single-family residences. Section 2: Fin s: Tentative Tract Me ,-03M The proposed project will be ~ with the existing general plan and there is a reasonable p that the project will be consistent with the proposed general plan.
