P- 91-85 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, APPROVING MODIFICATION TO P75-66M4 AND REVIEW 91-30 PARCEL NUMBER 31' County Use Permit 75-66M4 and Development Review 91- 30, fl by the Penasquitos Congregation of Witnesses, applicant, requests approval to construct a 2,711 square foot two-story addition to an existing worship hall located at 12337 Meadowbrook Lane in the RS-7 zone; and on December 10, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: 1 FindiJ : This project is categorically exempt Class 1 from the California tal Quality Act in that it is an addition to an existing structure. That the impacts as described above, and the location of the roposed use will not adversely affect the City of Powa General Plan for future as well as present deve opment in that the General Plan allows church uses in R -7 zones subject to approval of a conditional use perm t. That the proposed development will not have an adverse aesthetic, health, safety, or architecturally related impact upon adjoining properties, as noted under the findings in the preceding section. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, in that all development standards of the RS-7 zone as well as the special standards applicable to semi-public uses will be met in development of the project.
