P-91-88 OF T E CITY COUNCIL F HE CIT OF PO~AY, REVIEW 91-28 A SE SOR'S ARCEL UMBER 317-473-06 Development Review 91-28 by Mortuar' International, applicant, requests approval for th construction of a 2,925 square foot addition and a 948 square foo attached garage to the existing mortuary building located at 1324 Poway Road in the CG zone; and on December 17, 1991, the City Council held a hearing on the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: tal Fin : The City Council finds that this project is categorically exempt under provisions of the California tal Quality Act as it is an addition to an existing building. Section 2: Findi~ : The proposed project is in conformance with the Poway General Plan, which permits a mortuary in the 1 General Zone. That the proposed development is in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, in that all development standards of the CG zone will be met in the development of the project. The proposed development encourages the orderly and h appearance of structure and property within the City because it complies with the design guidelines of the General Plan. Section 3: Council The City Council hereby approves Development Review 91-28 subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. 1. 10. Prior to any use of the project site or business activity being ~ thereof, all conditions of approval contained herein shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning The applicant shall comply with the latest adopted Uniform Bui ding Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, Nat onal Electric Code, Uniform Fire Code, and all other app icable codes and in effect at the time of bui ding permit For a new I or industrial development, or addition to an existing development, the applicant shall pay develo ment fees at the bed rate. Such fees may include, bu not be limited to: Permit and Plan Checking Fees, Water and ewer Service Fees. These fee~ shall be paid prior to bui ding permit 11. 12.
