P- 91-86 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 88-19M PARCEL NUMBER Conditional use Pe mit 88-19M, submitted by the congregation of St. Bartholomew's piscopal Church, applicant, for the purpose of constructing a co umbarium garden on a property located at 16275 Pomerado Road in t e Rural Residential C zone; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: tal Find~ : The City Council finds that Conditional Use Permit 88-19M will not result in any significant impact on the environment and hereby issues a Negative Decl Section 2: Findil : The proposed project will be consistent ith the existing general plan designation of Rural Resi ntial-C in that the proposed project is a church rela ed use which is with the approval of a condit onal use permit. That the locat on, size, design, and o er ting characteristics o the proposed use will be co a ible with and will no adversely affect or be ma r ally detrimental to a jacent uses, residents, bu d s, structures, or natural in that the s e a part of a property that is the location of an exis n semi-public use. The use is separated from surroun n residential development to the north-west by exis n st and to the east by existing slopes. Propose landscaping and a fence will provide additional ~ of the site. That the harmon' in scale, bulk, coverage, and density is com atible wiu adjacent uses, the columbarium garden wil be compat ble with the adjacent semi-public use. The proposed use will not adversely affect the City of Poway General Plan for future as well as present development, in that the General Plan designates this site as Rural Residential C and churches and related uses are permitted with the approval of a conditional use permit. Section 3: Cit' The City Council hereby approves Conditional Use Permit 88-19M subject to the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood; and the property owner shall execute a on Real Property.
