WHEREAS, Development Review 91-32 submitted by Michael Grant,
Grant/Sapp Construction, applicant, requests approval for the
construction of a retail 1 center located on Parcels 2 and
3 of Tentative Parcel Map 90-04 at the southeast corner of Hilleary
Place and Community Road in the CC (Commercial Community) zone; and
on February 4, 1992, the City Council held a hearing
on the above-referenced item.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

previously issued Negative Declaration.

That the proposed development is in conformance with the
City of Poway General Plan in that the Community
1 (CC) land use permits retail uses.
That the proposed development will not have an adverse
aesthetic, health, safety, or architecturally related
impact upon adjoining properties, because it adheres to
the style of the Old poway
District.
That the proposed development is in compliance with the
Zoning Ordinance in that all property development
standards of the CC zone have been met.
That the proposed development encourages the orderly and
harmonious appearance of structures and property within
the City through its consistency with the General Plan
and the Old Poway Historic District.

Water, sewer, and fire protection systems plans shall be

location for the public water system. The fee shall be paid
prior to submittal of improvement plans.
The applicant shall, within 30 days after receiving appro al
