standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code.

The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 92-03
subject to the following conditions:
. 1. The t ~ and related off-site parking shall be
conducted as shown on the approved location map on file
in the Planning Services Department.
2. This approval shall become null and void on March 9,
1992.
The applicant shall obtain an bond inder~nifying
the City of Poway from possible liability in an amount
not less than $1 million.
Approval of this activity does not waive compliance with
all other sections of the zoning Ordinance and other
applicable ordinances presently in effect.
Public streets and areas within and adjoining the
proposed parking for the event shall be cleared of debris
and litter on a daily basis. Temporary signage,
barricades, cones, and any other evidence of the event
shall be removed upon its completion.

No on-street parking shall be permitted along Espola
Road. No parking shall be permitted along 01d Coach Road
from the corner of Espola Road to and including the north
of the Fire
Erosion control shall be re-established on any dirt lots
used for temporary parking.
The applicant shall contact the Sheriff's Department
rior to the event to determine the specific needs for
raffic control on Espola Road. The cost of providing
heriff Department personnel for traffic control shall be

Ail tents shall have a State Fire Marshal Certificate of
Flame Resistance and approval.
