Comprehensive Sign Program Modification 89-01M,
submitted by Sue Murdock, applicant, requests approval of a
comprehensive sign program modification for the property located at
the southwest corner of Poway and Pomerado Roads.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

The sign program is categorically exempt from ta
rev ew under provisions of the California Environmenta
Qua ity Act and the City of Poway Procedures to Implemen
CEQ The sign program is exempt under Category 11 whic
inc udes y structures and on-premise signs.
Section 2: Find :
The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with
the standards contained in the Sign Ordinance.
Section 3: Cit
~cil Decision:
The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive sign Program
Mod 89-01M subject to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval, Duckett-Wilson, the property
management company for the center, shall submit in
writing that all conditions of approval have been read
and understood.
The Miller's Outpost h sign shall be removed prior
to issuance of any sign permits on APN 317-151-42, 43,
50, or 51.
Ail new signs within the center shall conform to the sign
criteria and design guidelines contained in the
attachments of the agenda report for CSP 89-01M dated
March 17, 1992.
Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with
the Sign Ordinance and all other applicable City
ordinances in effect at the time of sign permit
