APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 92-04
Temporary Use Permit 92-04, San Diego Bicycle Club,
applicant, requests approval to hold a bicycle race in the South
Poway Business Park; and

NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1: 1 F :
Pursuant to the procedure of the City of Poway, implementing
the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above-
referenced project is categorically exempt, Class 4(e) and
ll(c).

That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and
standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code.

The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 92-04
subject to the ~ conditions:

site/traffic plan on file in the Planning
Department.

Approval of this activity does not waive compliance with
all other sections of the Zoning Ordinance and other
applicable presently in effect.

roadways shall be manned at all times by an adult capable
of moving the obstruction for emergency vehicles.

two feet by four feet in imension and shall be weighted
down to ensure stability.
At the cost to the applicant, two sheriff deputies shall
be present to monitor and direct traffic at the Community
Road and Stowe Drive intersection.
Emergency vehicle access to any roads or buildings in the
business park are to remain open.
Street vendors shall obtain City business certificates
from Customer Services prior to the event.
10.
Public streets, off-street parking sites, and areas
within and adjoining the proposed area for the event
shall be cleared of debris, and litter after the event.
Temporary signage, barricades, cones, and any other
of the event shall be removed upon its
completion.
