P- 92-14 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 92-04 Temporary Use Permit 92-04, San Diego Bicycle Club, applicant, requests approval to hold a bicycle race in the South Poway Business Park; and the ak on March 24, 1992, the City Council held a hearing on ~ item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: Section 1: 1 F : Pursuant to the procedure of the City of Poway, implementing the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above- referenced project is categorically exempt, Class 4(e) and ll(c). sec : That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Development Code. Sec cil The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 92-04 subject to the ~ conditions: The bike race shall be conducted as shown on the approved site/traffic plan on file in the Planning Department. This approval shall become null and void the evening of April 5, 1992. Public streets, off-street parking sites, and areas within and adjoining the proposed area for the event shall be cleared of debris, and litter after the event. Temporary signage, barricades, cones, and any other of the event shall be removed upon its completion. 11.
