The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 87-
04TE(3) subject to the following conditions:
Approval of TPM 87-04(3) is based on its conformance with
the conditions contained in City Council Resolution P-88-
16.
This time extension shall expire on March 1, 1993. No
new extension shall be granted.
Within ten days of City Council approval of this time
the applicant will pay to the Engineering
Department a ble fee equal to ten percent of
the sewerage connection fee in effect at that time.
Failure to make the payment within the ten day period
shall render the LOA and project approval null and void.

This payment will be credited toward the final sewerage
connection fee. In addition, the applicant shall pay a
nonrefundable charge to the City equal to $5.00 for each
dwelling unit or $50, which is more. This
latter charge shall not be credited toward the sewerage
connection fee.
