Te 'ative Parcel Map No. 89-12TE, hereinafter "Map"
submitted by F st Fidelity Thrift and Loan, owners, ERB
Engineering, app for the purpose of ~ the real

cooling opportunities in the subdivision.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 89-12TE
subject to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in
writing that all of approval have been read
and understood.
Approval of TPM 89-12TE is based on its conformance with
the conditions contained in City Council Resolution P-90-
33.

Use of ultra low flow plumbing fixtures shall be required
for each new constructed within the subject parcel map.

prior to building permit
The map shall be revised to show the interior edge of the
on-site roadway relocated northerly 20-30 feet to
encompass the existing travelled roadway.
The lots impacted by the proposed redesigned roadway
shall maintain a minimum lot size of two net acres and
shall include a minimum one net acre building site with
an average slope of less than 25 percent.
The redesigned roadway exceeds 1000 feet in length. A
minimum 112 foot diameter, 56 foot radius cul-de-sac is
required to allow acceptable emergency vehicle access.
The tentative map approval shall expire on May 15, 1993.
An application for time extension must be received 90
days prior to expiration in accordance with the City's
and by the City Council of the City of Poway,
State of California, this 12th day of May 1992.
