P-92-26 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, USE PERMIT 92-14 Use Permit 92-14, Poway Chamber of applicant, reqUests approval to hold a street fair along Midland Road on Sunday, May 24, 1992; and on May 19, 1992, the City Council considered the above-referenced item. NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows: to the p of the City of Poway, implementing the California Environmental Quality Act, the above-referenced project is categorically exempt, Class 4(e) and ll(c). Midland Road businesses and residents affected by the closure (Adrian, Edgemoor Streets) are being in writing detailing the event and road closure. road An itemized list of borrowed City equipment is required prior to the event. Portable restrooms are required at the ratio of 1 to every 50 people up to 500 people. After 500 people, the ratio is 1 per 500 people. A sign showing location of the restrooms must be posted. A dumpster shall be placed next to the Hamburger Factory and must be removed by May 30, 1992. The event sites shall be left free of debris, litter, or any other evidence of the temporary use upon completion of the use. Non-profit food booths shall be requested to comply with same requirements as i booths. The vehicles of all vendors using mobile units must comply with California Administrative Code, Title 17. Specifically, all doors must be self-closing, service windows must be 216 square inches or less, and shatterproof guards are required for all light bulbs. 21.
