WHEREAS Minor Development Review application 92-17 submitted
by Robert an Marion Scire, requests approval for of
6013 square oot single-family home at 17952 Cielo Court in the RR-
C zone came efore the City Council for public hearing and action
on May 26, 1 92; and

with Chapter 13.04 of the Municipal Code.
This permit shall become null and void on May 26, 1994 if
building permits have not been issued.
