APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 91-02

Tentative Parcel Map 91-02, hereinafter "Map",
by City of Poway, applicant, and Bank of San Diego, Tr.,
owner, for the urpose of subdividing the real property situated in
the City of P~ ay, at the southwest corner of Pomerado Road and
Camino del Nor e into two lots, regularly came before the City
Council for pub ic hearing and action on June 9, 1992; and
the Director of Planning Services has 3ed
approval of the Map subject to all conditions set forth in the
Planning Department report; and
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

development proposed; in that the property is gently
sloping and has access from existing streets.

The design of the parcel map is not likely to cause
ubstantial environmental damage and avoidable injury to

serv ce will be provided to the new parcels. Low flow

and shrubs.

The grading plan shall contain a certificate signed by a

A soils report shall be prepared by a qualified engineer
licensed by the State of California to perform such work at
first submittal of grading plan.
The final grading plan shall be subject to review and approval
by the Planning and Engineering Departments and shall
be completed prior to of a grading permit.
A pre-blast survey of surrounding property shall be conducted
to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to any rock
blasting. Seismic recordings shall be taken for all blasting
and blasting shall occur only at locations and levels approved
by the City Engineer.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
All damaged public works facilities, including
parkway trees, shall be repair~ed or replaced prior to
exoneration of bonds and improvements, to the satisfaction of
the Department of Engineering
Prior to any work bein performed in the public right-of-way,
a right-of-way permit hall be obtained from the Engineering
Services Department an appropriate fees paid, in addition to
any other permits requ red.
