APPROVING C SIGN PROGRAM 92-02
PARCEL NUMBER 317-130-60 (Portion)
Comprehensive Sign Program 92-02 submitted by Grant-
Sapp Construction Inc., applicant, approval of a
comp sign program for the retail center, located on the
southeast corner of Hilleary Place and Community Road in the CC
(Commercial Community) zone.
NOW, the City Council does hereby resolve as
follows:

the standards contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning
Ordinance.

The City Council hereby.approves Comprehensive Sign Program
92-02 subject to the ~ conditions:
within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in
writing that all conditions of approval have been read
and understood.
Ail signs within the center shall conform to the sign
criteria and design guidelines contained in the agenda
report for CSP 92-02 dated June 23, 1992 and the
attachments thereto.
Appr val of this request shall not waive compliance with
Sect on 17.40.010 of the Zoning Ordinance and all other
appl cable City ordinances in effect at the time of sign
