P- 92-31 A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA PARCEL MAP 92-02 PARCEL NUMBERS , 21, 22 Tentative Parcel Map No. 92-02, hereinafter referred to as "Map", by Parkway Centre Ltd., ap licant, for the purpose of resubdividing the real property si uated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of Ca ifornia, described as Lots 47, 48, and 49 of Map 12556 into two lo s regularly came before the City Council on July 14, 1992; and the Director of Planning has approval of the map subject to all set forth in the Planning Services Department report; and the City Council has read and considered said report and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing. The design or improvement of the tentative parcel map is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans; in that the improvements adhere to the development standards of the planned community. he site is physically suitable for the type of evelopment proposed in that the development plans will ncorporate contour grading, grading methods, and llding siting and landscaping to soften slopes. The design of the parcel map will not conflict with any easement by the public at large, now of record, for access through or use of the property within the proposed subd Section 3: Ci' Council Decision: Tentative Parcel Map No. 92-02, copy of which is on file in the Planning Services office, is hereby approved subject to all of the following conditions: Within 30 days of approval, the applicant shall submit in writing that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. Ail conditions of Resolution No. P-92-21 for the approval of Conditional Use Permit 91-14 and Development Review 91-29 (Black Mountain Regional Training Facility) shall be completed prior to granting of occupancy. Ail applicable conditions of Resolution No. P-88-85 for the approval of Tentative Tract Map (TTM) 87-13 and Resolution No. P-90-45 for the approval of TTM 87-13R shall be completed prior to filing the final map. The final map shall be recorded prior to granting of occupancy.
