WHEREAS, Compreh nsive Sign Program 92-03 submitted by Poway Industrial
Park General Partnersh p, applicant, requests approval of a comprehensive sign
program for their comp ex of five light industrial buildings located at 12300
through 12340 Stowe Dr ve in the South Poway Business Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section
The sign program is exempt from tal review under Category 11 of
the CEQA Guidelines which includes on-premises signs.
Section
The proposed comprehensive sign program is in compliance with the
standards contained in Section 17.40.010 of the Zoning Ordinance.
Section 3: ion:
The City Council hereby approves Comprehensive Sign Program 92-03 subject
to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing
that all conditions of approval have been read and understood.
All signs within the center shall conform to the sign criteria and
design guidelines contained in the agenda report for CSP 92-03 dated
August 4, lgg2 and the attachments thereto.
Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with Section
17.40.010 of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable City
ordinances in effect at the time of sign permit '
