WHEREAS, Landscape Concept Plans for Development Review 91-24, have been
submitted by Premium I applicant, for approval of the planting plan for
a 28 unit single-family development on a 24 acre site located at the east end of
Silverridge Drive in the RS-4 zone; and
WHEREAS, on October 27, 1992, the City Council reviewed the plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

The proposed project is consistent with the City of Poway's Landscape
Guidelines.

The City Council hereby approves the Landscape Concept Plans subject to
the following conditions:
Slope planting along the western boundary of the site shall
incorporate a minimum of one 15 gallon tree for every 500 square
feet. Where eucalyptus are used, the tree size may be reduced to
one gallon.
Slope planting shall include a minimum of one gallon shrub for every
100 square feet of slope area.
3. The applicant shall submit detailed planting and irrigation plans
prior to starting work on landscape installation. Plans shall be
consistent with the City of Poway's Guide to Landscape Requirements.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of .the Cit of Poway, State of
