WHEREAS, a three-year time extension for Tentative Tract Map 8g-og,
hereinafter "Map", submitted by Robert Williams, applicant, for the purpose of
subdividin the real property situated in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of C lifornia, described as Parcels 1 through 4 of Parcel Map 8082 into ten
lots, regu arly came before the City Council for public hearing and action on
November 1 , 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended approval of the
map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
A Negative Declaration with mitigation measures was issued on November
2017, 1990. No new significant impacts have occurred or will result with
the granting of the time extension and further tal review is not
necessary.
Section 2:
1. The proposed project is consistent with the general plan.
2. The tentative tract map is with all applicable general
and specific plans, in that the proposed land use is Rural
Residential.
The design or improvement of the tentative tract map is consistent
with all applicable general and specific plans, in that it provides
for ten new rural residential home sites.
This site is physically suitable for the type of development
proposed in that the proposed lots meet the acreage requirements of
the RR-C zone.
The desi n of the subd vision is not likely to cause substantial
tal damage an avoidable injury to humans and wildlife or
their ha itat, because he existing site has been studied for any
anticipa ed impacts an a substantial amount of dedicated open
space, a ong with additional mitigation measures have been required
in order to reduce potential impacts to a level of insignificance.

The tentative tract map is not likely to cause serious health
problems because City water systems will serve the homesites and the
lots meet appropriate standards for the use of septic systems.
Design of the tentative tract map will not conflict with any
easement required by the public at large now of record for access
through or use of the property within the proposed subdivision.
8. The tentative map time extension meets the criteria listed in
Resolution No. P-85-065.

The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract Map 8g-OgTE subject to
the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the applicant shall submit in writing
that all conditions of approval have been read and understood.
2. Approval of TTM 89-09TE is based on its conformance with the
conditions contained in City Council Resolution P-gO-87A.
3. The tentative map approval shall expire on November 20, 1995.
Use of low flow water fixtures shall be required for each new home
constructed within the subject tract map. Additional water
consumption requirements may be imposed prior to building permit
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 17th day of November 1992.
