Section 3: ,ecision:
The City Council hereby approves the request to install a freestanding
sign at 14047 Twin Peaks Road subject to the following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval the application shall submit is writing
that all conditions of approval have been read and understood.
Approval of this request shall not waive compliance with all
sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable City
ordinances in effect at the time of the sign permit '
Site shall be developed in accordance with the approval plans on
file in the Planning Services Department.
The appropriate Building approvals shall be received
prior to initiation of construction.
5. The monument sign shall not exceed 11 1/2 feet in height.
