WHEREAS, a modification to Resolution P-90-58 for Tentative Tract Map 89-14
and Development Review 89-32 is s ght, in order to delete the requi ement for
the construction of a edestrian b, dge, for the project situated in t e City of
Poway, County of San ego, State o California, described as Lots 1 brough 76
of Poway Tract Map 12 44, regular y came before the City Council ur public
hearing and action on ugust 3, 19 3; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended the deletion of
one former condition as set forth in the Planning Services D report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Poway does resolve as
follows:
Section
The previously certified Final EIR adequately addresses the potential
tal impacts of the development as modified.
Section
The amendment to the development req for Tract Map 12944,
(formerly Tentative Tract Map 89-14), is consistent with all
applicable general and specific plans in that the land use has not
changed from a residential use.

The City Council hereby approves the modification of Resolution P-90-58
for Tract Map 12944 (Tentative Tract Map 89-14) and Development Review 89-
