WHEREAS, a seco d one-year time extension for Tentative Tr ct Map 89-07,

WHEREAS, the Director of Planning Services has recommended approval of the
map subject to all conditions set forth in the Planning Services Department
report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1: E :
A Negative Declaration was issued on September 15, 1990. No new
significant impacts have occurred or will result with the granting of the
time extension and further tal review is not necessary.

1. The proposed project is consistent with the general plan.
2. The tract map is with all applicable general
and specific plans, in that the proposed land use is rural
residential.
The design or ~mprovement of the tentative tract map is ~
with all applicable general and specific plans, in that it provides
for six new rural residential home sites.
This site is physically suitable for the type of development
proposed in that the proposed lots meet the acreage requirements of
the RR-C zone.

The tentative tract map is not likely to cause serious health
problems because City water and sewer systems will serve the
homesites.
Design of the tentative tract map will not conflict with any
easement required by the public at large now of record for access
through or use of the property within the proposed subdivision.

The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract Map 89-07TE(2), a copy of
which is on file in the Planning Services Department subject to the
following conditions:
Approval of TTM 89-07TE(2) is based on its conformance with the
conditions contained in City Council Resolution P-90-73.
The map approval shall expire on September 18, 1994. An
application for time extension must be received 90 days prior to
expiration in accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance.
Use of low flow water fixtures shall be required for each new home
constructed within the subject tract map. Additional water
consumption requirements may be imposed prior to building permit
