WHEREAS, Senate Bill 428 was signed into law on September 13, 1993 which
added Section 66452.11 to the California G Code providing for two year
time on maps that otherwise would have expired; and
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 87-03 submitted by Craig Breihan,
applicant, was originally approved on by the City Council on November 1, 1988
and was due to expire on November ], 1993 after the initial two year approval
and three extensions of one year each.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The automatic tw -year extension of any tentative subdivision map for
which a tentative map as been approved that had not expired on September 13,
]993 shall be a plied o each affected map immediately and shall, therefore,
delay the next xpirat on date of each such map by two years. This
shall not affec the r ght to apply for further time extensions as provided
for in the Cali ornia ubdivision Map Act and local ordinance.
2. The City Council hereby acknowledges that Tentative Tract Map 87-03 is
extended to November 1, 1995.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 26th day of October 1993.
