WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permi 91-09 submitted by the City of Poway,
pplicant, for the purpose of es ablis i g a sports complex on the real property
escribed as portions of Sect on 2 ownship 14 South, Range 2 West, San
ernardino Meridian, in the C ty o oway, County of San Diego, State of
alifornia, was approved on Sep ember I , 1991; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit 91-09 includes a condition limiting hours
of operation to sunrise to 10:00 p.m. for normal operation and sunrise to 11:00
p.m. for tournaments and special events; and
WHEREAS, the City has subsequently renegotiated the lease with the operator
of the sports complex to allow operation of the sports complex to midnight; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered said report and has
considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:

The City Council finds that the Negative Declaration adopted in
conjunction with the approval of Conditional Use Permit 91-09 adequately
addresses any potential impacts of the proposed modification to hours of
operation.
2: Fin
The sports park is located in the South Poway Business Park and the
extended hours will not have negative impacts on residentially zoned
property.

The findings made in Resolution P-91-57 in with the
approval of CUP 91-09 are still valid and are hereby incorporated
into this resolution.
Section 3: Council Decision:
The City Council hereby modified condition 10 on page 4 of Resolution P-
91-57 to read:
The hours of operation for the Park shall be sunrise to
midnight.
