A RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING COUNTY USE PERMIT P74-146M

WHEREAS, County Use Permit P74-146M submitted by St. Gabriel's Catholic
Church, applicant, requests approval to modify an existing use permit to include a
preschool, and;
WHEREAS, on January 25, 1994, the City Council held a duly advertised public

The City Council hereby approves County Use Permit P74-146M subject to the
following conditions:
Within 30 days of approval (1) the applicant shall sub g that all
conditions of approval have been read and understood; and (2) the
property owner shall execute a Covenant on Real Property.
The use conditionally granted by this permit shall not be conducted in such
a manner as to interfere with the reasonable use and of

SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
This conditional use permit shall be subj I review by the Director of
Planning Services for compliance with the conditions of approval and to address
concerns that may have occurred during the past year. If the permit is not in

has received complaints, the required annual review shall be set for a public
hearing before the City Council, to consider modif' I the use

COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE
SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY SERVICES.
Maintain the fire sprinkler system, the f' ~,stem, and the fire extinguishers
in an operable condition.
Maintain a current license from Community Care Licensing.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS IS REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE
SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING SERVICES.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND APPROVALS
The conditional use permit shall lapse and shall b ' ri January 25, 1996,
if the site has not been occupied in accordance with the conditional use.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
