WHEREAS, Minor Conditional Use Permit 94-07, submitted by Larry and Liz
Wolfe, applicants, for the purpose of constructing two solar panels within an
open space easement on a residential lot located 13989 Pequot Drive within the
Rancho Planned zone.
WHEREAS, on October 4, 1994, the City Council held a public hearing on the
above-referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City finds that the
proposed construction of solar panels within an open space not
with Section 17.48 of the Municipal Code as follows:
