P-94-52 A OF T OF THE CITY OF PO APPROVING DEVELOP ASSESSOR'S PARCEL CITY COUNCIL Y, CALIFORNIA T REVIEW 94-06 BER 317-820-02 WHEREAS, Development Review 94-06, was submitted by Wickham Jarvi Warman on behalf of Blockbuster Video, for approval of the construction of a 6,970 square foot video rental store on Lot 2, of Creekside Plaza shopping center, which came before the City Council for public hearing action on November 1, 1994; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has read and considered said report and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
