WHEREAS, Development Review 94-06, was submitted by Wickham Jarvi Warman
on behalf of Blockbuster Video, for approval of the construction of a 6,970
square foot video rental store on Lot 2, of Creekside Plaza shopping center,
which came before the City Council for public hearing action on November 1, 1994;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has read and considered said
report and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
