OF THE CITY OF POWA¥,
TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 95-05
WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 95-05, San Diego Bicycle Club, Applicant,
requests approval to hold a bicycle race which will take place
in the South Poway Business Park on Saturday, May 20, 1995 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.;
and
WHEREAS, on March 14, 1995, the City Council held a hearing on the above
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Pursuant to the procedure of the City of Poway, implementing the
California E tal Quality Act of 1970, the above-referenced project
is categorically exempt, Class 4(e).
The approved temporary use is in accordance with the purposes and
standards of Section 17.26.030 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The of traffic will not adversely impact the capacity and
physical character of the surrounding streets and /or the
Circulation Element of the General Plan.
The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 95-05 subject to the
following conditions:
1. The bike ride shall be conducted as shown on the approved
site/traffic plans on file in the Planning Services Department.
2. This approval shall become null and void the evening of May 20,
1995.

Approval of this activity does not waive compliance with all other
sections of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable ordinances
presently in effect.
5. Advance notification signs regarding street closures will be
required prior to the event.
6. Emergency vehicle access to any roads or buildings along the
approved routes are to remain open.
