APPROVING T£MPORARY USE PERMIT 95-69
WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 95-69, Ali Ganjt, Guardian Towing,
applicant, requests approval to allow the temporary stationing of three tow
trucks to be parked and dispatched from the back parking lot of the Shell
station located at 12365 Poway Road.
WHEREAS, on September I9, 1995 the City Council considered the above-
referenced item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve as follows:
Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the
California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the above-referenced
project is categorically exempt, Classes 4e and 11{c).
That the proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards
of Section 17.26.030 of the Poway Municipal Code.
The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 95-69 subject to
the following conditions:
APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES REGARDING
COMPLIANCE WXTH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Site shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plans on
file in the Planning Services Department and the conditions contained
herein.
Approval of this request shall not excuse compliance with all other
sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable City
ordinances presently in effect.
No wrecked or inoperative vehicles shall be parked on the site with the
tow vehicles. No minor maintenance or repair services shall be
performed on the site which might result in the spillage of oil or other
hazardous materials.
This approval shall become null and void on March 19, 1996. If
additional time is desired, a new Temporary Use Permit must be obtained
with the application made at least 45 days prior to the expiration date.

APPLICANT SHALL CONTACT THE DEPARTHENT OF SAFETY SERVICES REGARDING CONPLIANCE
WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Do not block emergency vehicle access to this site.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this lgth day of September, 1995.
