A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POVVAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 97-09
WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 97-09 submitted by City of Poway/Circus
Vargas, Applicants, requests approval of a big top circus on March 13-16, 1997 in a tent
with capacity of 2500 spectators, trailers, and animal cages on Lot 22 of the
Pomerado Business Park, northwest corner of Danielson Court and Community Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:
Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the California

The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 97-09 subject to the
following conditions:

All temporary signs shall be removed by March 17, 1997.
Noise generated y the activity, particularly the dismantling of the circus tent and
loading up equip nt from 7:30 p.m. to midnight, March 16 shall comply with the
Noise Ordinance the Light Industrial land use designation of the South Poway
Planned Commu y, i.e. 70 decibel one-hour average sound level anytime as
measured at the perry lines.
